Proud of our Singapore National Junior Culinary Team!

This group of under 25 year olds said yes to the challenge to participate in one of the world’s most gruelling team competitions without any experience, sacrificed their weekends over months to train and train.

They conquered one gold, one silver and came in seventh (out of 20 teams).

This is the first time Singapore Chefs’ Association has sent a National Junior Culinary Team to an international competition.

This feat would not have been possible without the many mentors as well as team manager Elvin Chew and asst team manager Ong Jin Qing, who guided the team throughout the journey.

Onwards to greater things!
