To our Singapore National Pastry Team!
From 19th Jan to 22nd Jan, Team Singapore competed in the 10th Edition of the World Gelato Cup in Rimini, Italy.
Led by Team Manager Chef Jason Tan Yirong, Chef Jia Yong, Chef Cheng Kit , Chef Zhen Liang and Chef Dexter, the team gave their best and was placed 5th place at the end of the competition.
Together, all the teams were required to do the following in the 3 consecutive days.

-18x Gelato Glass Dessert
-23x Gelato Hot Appetizer ( 3 types)

Team Singapore put up a valiant fight with their buffet theme ‘ Wild Catch’ to the very end, which many judges and other countries team managers including the host country witnessed and were very impressed.
