For one exclusive evening only, The Sapling brings you Spanish Gourmet Night, Amigos de España, featuring a 5 course Spanish gourmet dinner by Chef Jordi Noguera from the renowned FOC Restaurant as well as champions of the 2015/2016 International Tapas Competition, SHATEC graduates Chef Teo Jun Xiang and Chef Nayab Siddiqui!

The Spanish Gourmet Night is jointly organized by SHATEC and ICEX (Spain Trade and Investment), in celebration of International Tapas Day, where guests will be treated to award winning tapas with the finest Spanish ingredients and classic Spanish wines. The event will be graced by His Excellency, Ambassador Miguel Angel Navarro Portera, Ambassador of Spain to Singapore.
