They did it again! Our Young Pastry Chef Competition team has DEFENDED their title at Guangzhou and are once again CHAMPIONS! 
Not stopping there — our young talents also brought home Best Iced Bon Bon and Best Chocolate Cake, sweeping the top honours and proving once more why Singapore belongs at the top of the international pastry stage.
Three years running as reigning champions. This isn’t luck — this is the result of relentless training, sleepless nights, and a team that refused to settle for anything less than excellence.
